Jacqueline Bhagavan Captures Mrs. California-America 2015
PALM SPRINGS, Calif., July 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- California will be represented at the Mrs. America® competition by Jacqueline Bhagavan of Lafayette, CA who was just crowned Mrs. California-America 2015. Mrs. America® is scheduled to take place this fall.
Some of the most beautiful and accomplished married women from across the State of California met for the 2015 Mrs. California-America Pageant which took place at the beautiful Hilton Palm Springs Resort on Saturday, June 27, 2015. The distinguished judging panel had a difficult decision to make and any one of the competitors could have been selected. Before a large audience of supporters, family and friends for all the competitors, Jacqueline Bhagavan captured the coveted title of Mrs. California-America 2015.
Jacqueline is the mother of two beautiful children and has been married for nine years to her husband Mukund. In addition to being a wife and mother, Jacqueline is very active in her community. She has been involved in numerous charities helping them to raise funds and execute their directives. She lost her father to cancer and advocates for cancer research. Jacqueline is an active supporter of empowering women and is a contributor to the Devata Organization and Opportunity Junction. In addition, Jacqueline is the hostess of Complexion Kitchen on the YouTube channel which supports a healthy lifestyle and eating habits.
Mrs. California-America is the State franchise for Mrs. America®. Each year 51 contestants from every State plus the District of Columbia meet to compete for the title of Mrs. America.
