Jaime Partners Completes Bracero Cocina de Raiz
San Diego's top builders and construction managers complete city's most anticipated restaurant
SAN DIEGO, July 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Jaime Partners, San Diego's leading provider of building and construction management services for office, industrial, restaurant, retail and hospitality spaces, announces the completion of their latest project; Bracero Cocina de Raiz. Bracero opened to the eager public in early July at 1490 Kettner Boulevard in the Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego.
Jaime Partners provided owners' representation and acted as the builder and construction managers for Chef Javier Plascencia's second restaurant in the U.S. They coordinated and supervised the construction team, and oversaw the design and furniture suppliers for the 4,800 square-foot space.
Bracero features two levels for dining. Their downstairs offers a more casual feel, while the upstairs –which is set to fully open in August – features an exclusive mezzanine, indoor- and outdoor seating and floor-to-ceiling interactive vertical bar towers. Both levels house an open kitchen.

Additionally, Jaime Partners worked with the community of Little Italy regarding permits and expectations. Dubbed in the top 10 of Forbes' "Best Cities and Neighborhoods for Millennials," Little Italy is also home to two other Jaime Partners projects: Kettner Exchange, which opened in October 2014, and The Music Box that is set to open later this year.
