JAMS' Peter Rosen Receives First Transactional Liability Insurance Leadership Award

Mr. Rosen is an arbitrator and mediator at JAMS, which offers customized dispute resolutions services globally. He spent the previous 15 years at Latham & Watkins LLP where he was a Partner and Global Chair of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Practice. He is also the author of leading texts on D&O liability and business interruption claims, and his experience includes teaching roles at USC Gould School of Law and Pepperdine University School of Law.
