January Health Company launches virtual concierge care services to fill a major void in support for postpartum and perimenopause

Founded by digital health executive and new mother Huei Ong to transform care during women's most vulnerable health transitions

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- January Health Company (January) announced the launch of a new virtual concierge care service today focused on postpartum and perimenopause. The company is designed to bring together the health and wellness needs of women with modern, evidence-backed support to navigate often-overlooked stages of life. January is now live in its Early Access program for postpartum clients with a full consumer launch planned for 2026.

During Early Access, January will offer a personalized postpartum Thrive Care Plan, access to concierge services, and wellness tracking to journal progress.

• Progress Tracker: An ongoing journal to track progress, symptoms and overall feeling of wellness to build on progress and identify issues early. 

One in three women experience lasting health problems from childbirth and half of women in the workplace experience perimenopausal symptoms. However, the current healthcare system is not equipped to provide the care needed for often preventable long-term suffering by women during these critical stages of their health. Eighty percent of OBGYNs are not formally trained to manage long term menopause care and the majority of working women viewed reproductive health benefits, including menopausal support, a critical part of their decision to select or stay with an employer.
