Japan Industrial Partners Tender Offer Bid for Mitsubishi Logisnext

HOUSTON, Sept. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd. (ML) announced its support today for a Tender Offer for the company's common stock by Japan Industrial Partners (JIP). Additionally, in connection with the Tender Offer, JIP has entered into a Master Agreement with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) related to the proposed purchase of ML shares owned by MHI and additional MHI reinvestment. JIP will conduct this tender offer with the intention of acquiring all ML shares and privatizing the company. By responding to the privatization proposal from JIP, the ML Group believes it is pursuing the best strategic option for the enhancement of corporate value and the interests of the company's current shareholders.
