Fourth Generation Driver Takes Top Prize due to Perfect Customer Survey Scores
COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- North American Van Lines and E.E. Ward Moving & Storage are pleased to announce that Jason Carpenter of Columbus, Ohio based E.E. Ward has been named the northAmerican Van Lines "2015 Driver of the Year."
The annual Driver of the Year award recognizes northAmerican agency drivers whose overall performance and outstanding quality scores exemplify dedication and commitment to providing world-class service to northAmerican and E.E. Ward moving customers. One of twelve 2015 Top Quality Haulers nominated, Jason earned this distinction based on his performance records in numerous areas, including safety, quality survey results and claims, as well as customer opinion survey scores. The 2015 Driver of the Year award was presented to Jason at the annual northAmerican Van Lines Operations Conference on April 15th in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Jason Carpenter has been a tractor trailer driver for more than 20 years, 13 of which have been in the moving industry. He is also the fourth generation of his family in the moving industry, following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather who drove for northAmerican Van Lines in the 1960s. Jason joined E.E. Ward in 2013 due to their commitment to excellence, team philosophy and family focus. Since joining E.E. Ward, Jason has had the opportunity to help move – and meet – personal idol Richard Petty. Jason lives in Ohio with Jodi, his wife of 15 years, daughter Jasey and son Jason Jr.
