Jason Halpern's JMH Development Announces Topping Off At Aloft South Beach

NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- JMH Development, led by Principal Jason Halpern, announced today the topping off of the Aloft South Beach, the 235-room hotel scheduled to open in early 2015 in the heart of Miami Beach.

The project, developed by JMH Development and Madden Real Estate Ventures, is an adaptive reuse of the historic Motel Ankara and will also include a new eight-story tower. Construction is being handled by Plaza Construction and the project's architect is ADD, Inc.  Aloft South Beach will be first newly constructed hotel to open in South Beach since 2009 offering significantly larger rooms averaging over 360 square feet, as compared to its competitors.
