Javelin Appoints Michael McCartin as CEO and Tina Posey as President
NEW YORK, Aug. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Javelin Agency, part of the DAS Group of Companies, announces Michael McCartin, formerly president, has been named CEO of Javelin, succeeding Pamela Larrick, who will transition to the role of chairman. In addition, Tina Posey has been named president of the customer relationship marketing agency. Both McCartin and Posey will be based in Dallas, while also spending significant time in Javelin's New York City office.
McCartin, one of the founders of Javelin and a key driver of growth, has served as president of the agency for the past six years and previously held a variety of leadership positions at Javelin and other companies. He possesses a strong track record of generating and proving marketing ROI through quantitative and qualitative data-based customer experiences that deliver significant client value.
Posey, previously senior vice president of client service, will continue to lead account management while also having direct oversight for business development, strategy and planning, and project delivery. Posey has held agency leadership positions building and leading work for Fortune 50 clients. She is recognized for her client savvy, business acumen, ability to attract great talent, and cultivation of strategic relationships.
