McCartin, one of the founders of Javelin and a key driver of growth, has served as president of the agency for the past six years and previously held a variety of leadership positions at Javelin and other companies. Posey, previously senior vice president of client service, will continue to lead account management while also having direct oversight for business development, strategy and planning, and project delivery.
