Jazz Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock

PALO ALTO, Calif., May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: JAZZ) announced today the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.35 per share. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Jazz Pharmaceuticals. The offering is expected to settle and close on May 14, 2010, subject to customary closing conditions. Barclays Capital Inc. is the sole book-running manager of the offering. Jazz Pharmaceuticals intends to use all of the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of its outstanding senior secured notes.
