Leveraging JCA's acquisition last year of The Pricing Institute, JCA Arts Marketing extends the company's core services offerings beyond pricing studies, house scaling, and customer behavior analysis to include CRM readiness assessments, segmentation strategies, and patron lifetime value analysis.
