The 18,325 SF retail strip center sold for $4,100,000, or $223.74 per square foot. The neighborhood retail plaza included the following tenants: a UPS Store, McNatts's Cleaners, Floridian Restaurant, Heads & Tails Apparel Boutique, Monalisa Framing, Aspire Wellness, iCustom Repairs, Dina's Alternations, The Barbershop by Salon Inga, and Soaring Crane Acupuncture.
