Jeff Wood Joins Patriot Growth Insurance Services as Premier Client Practice Leader

In this newly created role, Wood will be responsible for building and leading a unified national practice dedicated to serving the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and families.

Wood brings more than 17 years of experience in the high-net-worth personal lines insurance market, most recently serving as Vice President, Assistant Regional Sales Leader and Florida Personal Lines Manager at Chubb Personal Risk Services. There, he successfully led a team of sales professionals across their Southeast region.

Throughout his career, Wood has held multiple leadership roles at Chubb Personal Risk Services, including managing underwriting and sales teams across the Northeast and Southeast. His leadership consistently drove sustainable growth and new business through deep relationship engagement, strategic planning, coaching high-performing teams, and operational execution.

In his new role at Patriot, Wood will be creating a cohesive national Premier Client Practice by organizing and aligning Patriot's existing high-net-worth personal lines teams. He will work closely with agency leaders and producers to develop a platform delivering exceptional service to clients, while building strong partnerships with leading national carriers.
