Jelena Brown Named Chief Talent Officer At LogicSource®
NORWALK, Conn., Oct. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Jelena Brown has been appointed Chief Talent Officer at LogicSource®, the innovative sourcing and procurement leader, it was announced today by David Pennino, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Brown will be responsible for all aspects of Talent Management for the firms existing and future highly skilled team including staffing, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and onboarding. She will be a key member of the Executive Leadership team and report directly to Pennino.

Brown joins LogicSource® from Deloitte, LLP, where she held various leadership positions over the course of her 11 year tenure with the firm. Most recently, she was responsible for building talent development in one of Deloitte's most complex business functions. In this capacity, she led the design, development, and deployment of key Talent initiatives such as onboarding, training, coaching and mentoring and performance management. Brown began her career at the organization as a consultant, focused on implementing change management and training strategies for global technology implementations. She also led major initiatives focused on building and implementing Deloitte's new go-to-market services during her time there.
Brown holds a Bachelors of Arts in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas, Austin and a Master's Degree from Purdue University in Organizational Communications and Business.
