Jenne to Showcase Unified Communications Solutions Optimized for Microsoft Lync at Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2011

LOS ANGELES, July 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Jenne Inc. (BOOTH 202) will be exhibiting at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) 2011 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.  During the conference, Jenne will inform attendees about its solutions for Microsoft Office Communications Server and Microsoft Lync unified communications from manufacturer partners including Aastra, ClearOne, Jabra, LifeSize and Plantronics. Among the solutions on display will be Aastra's 6721ip and 6725ip IP telephone models, which are optimized for Microsoft Lync 2010 and available through Jenne's network of resellers.

This is the first year Jenne is attending WPC -- an event that runs from July 10th to July 14th and has drawn over 14,000 registered attendees. Throughout the exposition, Jenne will be on hand to explain and demonstrate how solutions from its manufacturer partners work with Microsoft Corp. products and fit into a broader unified communications solution offering.

The 6721ip, which will be among the products displayed at the Jenne booth, provides a low cost option for users who require the benefits of a true IP phone but do not require full UC desktop integration capabilities. It is a perfect solution for Hot-desking applications and common areas, such as lobbies and meeting rooms. The Aastra 6725ip, meanwhile, features a full color 3.5" LCD screen and a separate Unified Communications (UC) presence icon, which provides access to features and presence indications in Lync.
