Jeremy Guillory And Cruise Automation Resolve Dispute

SAN FRANCISCO, May 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Jeremy Guillory announced today that Cruise Automation, Inc., its CEO Kyle Vogt, and he have settled their dispute over Mr. Guillory's claim of an equity ownership interest in Cruise on mutually agreeable terms. As part of the settlement, the parties have agreed to dismiss their respective lawsuits in San Francisco Superior Court, and have resolved all other disputes between them. In addition, Cruise and Vogt acknowledge that Jeremy Guillory was an initial co-founder of Cruise.
