Jiayuan.com Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering on NASDAQ

BEIJING, May 11, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Jiayuan.com International Ltd. ("Jiayuan" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: DATE), operator of the largest online dating platform in China, today announced that its initial public offering of 7,100,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), with every two ADS representing three ordinary shares of the Company, was priced at $11.00 per ADS. The ADSs began trading on NASDAQ today, May 11, 2011, under the symbol "DATE."

Of the ADSs being offered, 6,700,000 ADSs are offered by Jiayuan, and 400,000 ADSs are offered by one of the selling shareholders. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,065,000 ADSs from the selling shareholders.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are serving as joint bookrunners for the offering. The co-managers of the offering are China International Capital Corporation Ltd., Oppenheimer & Co. and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
