Jinan Yinquan Technology Celebrates Its Successful Bid in the Virtualization Project for Zhejiang Geely Group

JINAN, Shandong, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- On February 24, 2010, Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., Ltd., (Yinquan) a wholly-owned subsidiary of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CVDT), announced that it has successfully won the bid for the Virtualization project of Zhejiang Geely Group. Yinquan's superior technology and competitive pricing were the main reasons for the successful bid.

Zhejiang Geely Group ("Geely") is the only privately-held automobile production enterprise among the top-ten Chinese automobile manufacturers. Headquartered in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang Province, Geely has a number of manufacturing bases of auto production and power assemblies. These bases are in the cities of Linhai, Ningbo and Luqiao in Zhejiang province, Jinan in Shandong province, Shanghai and other regions. Yinquan will help Geely establish virtualization infrastructure in the company's headquarters and other branches.

Yinquan and Geely have established a long-term relationship beginning in 2007 when Yinquan provided Geely with VoIP services. As Geely expanded its business operations, the number of servers had increased, leading to higher equipment and maintenance costs. In order to enhance its system's security and increase the servers' efficiency and cost-effectiveness, Geely recently adopted Yinquan's integrated virtualization solution. As a result, the number of servers can be reduced as well as the costs associated with related equipment and maintenance.

Jinan Yinquan successfully competed against three other bidders all of whom offered strong technology, large implementation capacity, quality service and a good performance-to-price ratio.
