John Graves Becomes President of Symmons Industries, Inc.

BRAINTREE, Mass., Dec. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Symmons Industries, Inc. is pleased to introduce John Graves as our new President. John joined Symmons in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. John's appointment to the role of President will help usher Symmons into its 80th year in business as a third-generation family-owned, U.S.-based manufacturer. He will be instrumental in the launch of Symmons' new Water Management platform, a water monitoring and alert system for commercial buildings to detect and prevent water issues.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics-Finance from Bentley College and an MBA from Clark University. Prior to joining Symmons, John was Vice President of Sales for Haemonetics Corporation, a global company engaged in the design, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing of automated blood processing systems. John held a number of positions of increasing responsibility during his 10-year tenure at Haemonetics within corporate finance, manufacturing, operations, and sales. 

Outside of Symmons, John serves as a member of the board of directors for the Nemasket Group, a charitable organization that supports developmentally disabled adults, and is a youth mentor with Brockton High School.
