Jordanian delegates hosted in United States for E-Health Reverse Trade Mission
SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is sponsoring a Reverse Trade Mission (RTM) for industry leaders and key decision makers from Jordan's public and private health sectors to procure, license, distribute, and engage in lucrative commercial opportunities with United States (U.S.) electronic (e-health) technology companies.
U.S. e-health companies can market their product and services directly to the Jordanian delegation at a business briefing on Wednesday, October 10th at the Hilton San Jose in San Jose, California. Holding private discussions and meeting with these Jordanian industry leaders will allow U.S. companies to explore the products and services they can sell to Jordan, a gateway to the greater Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Jordan has one of the highest per capita rates on health related spending in the world. Jordan has invested over $140 million into e-health, which is expected to continue to grow within the next several years. Attending the business briefing is an ideal opportunity for U.S. e-health technology companies to engage Jordan and position themselves for additional opportunities to the Middle East and North Africa region, which will exceed $26 billion in just Saudi Arabia alone by 2013.
