Joseph J. Adipietro Joins ASGARD's New York Office as Managing Director and Co-Head of Advisory

Adipietro has joined the New York office as Managing Director and Co-Head of the firm's Advisory Group. Joe will lead the firm's origination efforts, focused on capital raising and strategic advisory.

Joe brings over 20 years of leveraged finance and investment banking experience to ASGARD's team. He has arranged over $35 billion of transactions for middle market companies across a broad array of industries. These transactions included leveraged buyouts, mergers, strategic acquisitions, recapitalizations, debtor-in-possession financings and re-financings. Prior to joining ASGARD, Joe was a Managing Director at Carolina Financial Securities and previously held senior roles at Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Citigroup Securities.
