WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., April 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Joyce Foods, Inc. Poulet Rouge Fermiere Chicken has achieved Step 4 certification in Global Animal Partnership's (GAP's) 5-Step™ Animal Welfare Rating program after an extensive audit of the farms where the Poulet Rouge is grown.

Joyce Foods, Inc. is the only producer of authentic French Label Rouge poultry in North America.
