Juhl Wind, Inc. Partners with NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves to Celebrate "Think Green Month"

PIPESTONE, Minn., April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Juhl Wind, Inc. (OTCBB: JUHL, the "Company"), the Leader in Community Wind Power, today announced that it has entered into a sponsorship and energy development relationship with the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves.  The sponsorship will revolve around the Minnesota Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation's plan to celebrate "Think Green Month" during the month of April, which will educate fans on how to implement a more eco-friendly lifestyle.  The FastBreak Foundation's Think Green Month will present and focus on organizations such as Juhl Wind that help to preserve and protect the environment.

The National Basketball Association is also driving the lane in sponsoring "NBA Green Week" (April 4-11) which will be presented by Sprint and is conducted in partnership with the Natural Resources Defense Council in an effort to generate awareness and funds for protecting the environment. Throughout NBA Green Week, Adidas -- the league's official outfitter -- will outfit all players with 100 percent organic cotton NBA Green shooting shirts.  Players will also wear NBA Green headbands and wristbands made from 45 percent organic cotton during games throughout the week to raise additional environmental awareness.  NBA coaches will also be wearing NBA Green lapel pins.
