JVM Completes Clubhouse and Common-Area Renovations at Summit Ridge Apartments

OAK BROOK, Ill., May 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- JVM Realty Corp. (JVM), a leading vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment and property management firm, today announced it has completed renovations to the clubhouse and common areas at Summit Ridge Apartments (Summit Ridge) in Lee's Summit, Mo.

JVM converted the former site of the community's basketball court into a state-of-the-art, 3,500-square-foot fitness building with WellBeats, Bodycraft and Torque Fitness equipment. Additionally, the company remodeled the former laundry room into a brand-new pet spa and added a car wash. The revamped clubhouse now features a 24-hour electronic package center with refrigerated storage to accommodate the significant increase in food delivery the community has experienced. The building also includes a new co-working lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee and tea; a refurbished business center; and a renovated kitchen with a warming oven and ice-maker. Furthermore, the look of the pool area has been refreshed.

Renovations to the apartment homes at Summit Ridge are underway as well. New energy-efficient windows have been installed in the units. Other improvements – including the installation of white quartz countertops with dark gray cabinetry and in-unit washers and dryers – are scheduled to begin later this month. First-floor units also will feature gray wood-style flooring with carpeted bedrooms when the renovations are complete.
