J.W. Pepper & Son Promotes Celena McAfee to Manager of Fundraising

EXTON, Pa., Aug. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- J.W. Pepper & Son, Inc®. (JWP) recently promoted Celena McAfee to Manager of Fundraising Operations for Pepper Fundraising®, the latest step in a strategy to launch new products and services based on existing strengths. As Manager of Fundraising, McAfee manages operations and has been responsible for the successful launch of the new division, now headed into its fourth season. In this role she also oversees marketing, PR, customer service and program management for the division. "We are excited to have such a capable and creative thinker to lead this division, and our clients, many of whom have worked with Celena in the past, are even more excited for her," said Kathy Fernandes, CMO at Pepper.

McAfee was instrumental in developing the outline for the Pepper Fundraising concept. McAfee has been with the firm for over 20 years and is a second-generation employee, continuing tradition at this family business.
