SPRING HILL, Kansas, May 27, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Insight School of Kansas (ISKS), a tuition-free, online public school serving students in grades 7-12, announced today it will host an in-person graduation for its class of 2015 graduating seniors.
On May 30, about 100 high school seniors who learned online will graduate from the school, which offers a comprehensive education approach with targeted support specifically for struggling students. While working with the award-winning K12 curriculum, ISKS's state-certified teachers provide assistance helping students fill in skill gaps and move toward high school graduation. That makes this event particularly meaningful for ISKS students and families.
"I am so proud of this year's class of graduating seniors," said Cassie Barton, head of school of ISKS. "These students have worked hard to achieve their academic goals and we look forward to seeing the exciting things they do next!"
In addition to congratulating the matriculating seniors, the school will be presenting the Insight Staff Scholarship to the winning senior during the graduation ceremony. This scholarship is funded through donations from the school employees.
