Kaplan IT Learning Wins Silver Award Brandon Hall Learning Technology Award

ATLANTA, May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaplan IT Learning, a leader in collaborative e-Learning solutions, won a coveted Brandon Hall silver award for technology excellence in the Best Advance in Performance Support category.  The Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Technology Awards are presented by Brandon Hall Research, one of the leading research firms in training and development.  The awards recognize the best in innovative learning content, technology, and initiatives in workplace learning.

The award was given to Kaplan IT Learning's STT Trainer software.  STT Trainer is an e-learning authoring solution for creating software simulations, user performance support, and documentation to train and support employees on critical web, windows, and java-based business software.  With STT Trainer, training professionals can easily create specific help content that employees can access on demand for training and guidance as they work within the live software application.  As a result, users of software don't have to search through large amounts of information to find the specific training and help they need to complete a procedure or perform a task within the software application.

This marks the seventh Brandon Hall award for Kaplan IT Learning's products in areas of excellence in learning and advances in technology innovation and comes on the heels of Kaplan IT Learning's products winning 'Best in Class Technologies' awards in three unique categories of the LearnX 2010 Awards last month. Since 2005, Kaplan IT Learning has received a combined total of twenty six awards from training professionals, industry associations and independent organizations honoring Kaplan IT Learning's product solutions in categories such as best technology innovations, e-learning excellence, best product winner of solution 'shoot-outs',  customer satisfaction awards and more.
