Simply Delicious Grilling Cheese
1/2 lb. Karoun's Yanni Grilling Cheese, sliced 1/4" thick
2 T. freshly picked oregano leaves
1 T. olive oil
1 lemon, halved and grilled
Pita Bread, Grilled

Brush the grilling cheese slices with olive oil and place onto a medium hot grill for 2 minutes on each side, or until browned. Remove and sprinkle with oregano. Drizzle olive oil on top and squeeze the lemon juice over the cheese. Serve with grilled pita bread.
