For more information please call 310-377-7309.
Elledge has been using the MonaLisa Touch since it was FDA approved in December 2014. The carbon dioxide (CO2) laser is designed to treat vulvovaginal atrophy, also known as genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), which primarily affects postmenopausal women, breast cancer survivors and women who have undergone ovary removal.
The treatment is performed in an office in five minutes, requires no anesthesia with minimal pain or side effects. The CO2 laser energy is applied to the vaginal wall promoting vaginal mucosal restoration resulting in vaginal health. Patients report significant improvement in symptoms including dryness, pain, itching, urgency and painful intercourse after the first treatment.
The Center also offers laser treatments for the following:
- PicoSure Laser for tattoo removal, hyperpigmentation, facial rejuvenation for sun damage, reversal of acne scarring, and restoration and maintenance of healthy collagen and elastin.
- SmartLipo Laser for body contouring.
The Genuine Medical Self Laser Center is located in Torrance, CA at 3655 Lomita Blvd., Suite 111. For more information call 310-377-7309.
