Whitten has over 19 years of experience in advertising, marketing, product management, and branding. Prior to joining CSI, she was Senior Vice President, Marketing and Product Management for Comdata Corporation, a leading provider of business-to-business payment solutions. She has extensive experience in developing and executing corporate marketing strategies, managing product development strategies, implementing customer feedback programs, market research, and management of cross-functional teams. Whitten has launched successful e-Commerce initiatives and developed marketing strategies for complex Internet products. She also brings significant experience in developing key measurements of marketing including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, brand awareness, product pricing, and positioning.
Whitten is a graduate of the Scarlett Executive Leadership Program at Belmont University and holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing Management from East Carolina University.
