Keith and Keely Mann Announce 2nd Annual Scholarship Winner for Professional Achievement
NEW YORK, June 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Keith Mann of Dynamics Search Partners has announced the second annual Keith and Keely Mann Scholarship for Professional Achievement, an award designed to recognize the next generation of innovative business leaders. The winner this year was Shanice Theodore, who will be attending the University of Virginia with aspirations of attaining a degree in Law.
Keith and Keely Mann are pleased yet again, to partner with Uncommon Schools, a non-profit charter management organization based in New York City, to implement this scholarship opportunity. The scholarship will be available to one graduating senior each year at one of Uncommon Schools' Brooklyn-based high schools.
"We are really thankful and grateful to Keith and Keely Mann for implementing this generous scholarship program at our school," said Joe Frick, a college counselor at Uncommon Charter High School. "Last year, this scholarship made it possible for one of our students to attend his dream school, the University at Buffalo, and this year it ensures Shanice will have the means to attend the University of Virginia."
Travis Charles, last year's winner, reached out to Keith and Keely upon completion of his first year of college. "As my freshman year comes to a close I want to reach out to you guys just to thank you for believing in me enough to choose me as the recipient of the scholarship. I can't wait to see what else is in store for me on my journey to turning my dreams into reality. I will forever be grateful."
Applicants for the scholarship are asked to write a 1,000-word essay on how earning a college degree will assist them in achieving their professional goals. Mann is an advocate for education and a philanthropist. As the Founder of Dynamics Search Partners, he is committed to identifying strong leaders and pairing them with companies to cultivate their success.

Mann's scholarship was open to graduating seniors attending Uncommon Charter High School in Brooklyn, New York through March 1, 2017. One winner was announced at the end of April 2017, and will receive a scholarship to apply towards their college tuition.
