Kent Displays, Inc. Successfully Hits Infringers of its Intellectual Property

KENT, Ohio, June 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Kent Displays Inc., the makers of Boogie Board^™ eWriters, is announcing successes in its approach to the global protection of its intellectual property (IP) rights, including its patents, trademarks, trade dress, and copyrights. Invented in the U.S., the Boogie Board eWriter is a popular electronic writing device sold globally that provides the feel of a natural pen-on-paper writing experience.

The company's strategy includes a case pursued with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) in which foreign manufacturers have been identified to have violated patents held by Kent Displays.

We will continue our proactive approach to defend our IP utilizing tactics that will not risk exposing our trade secrets to potential infringers," Green said.
