Key Senior Hires to Strengthen CFH's Management Team

LONDON and COPENHAGEN, September 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- CFH Markets, the global leader in the next generation liquidity and technology solutions to brokerage houses and banks, has today announced the addition of two new senior members to its established management team.

Sandor Helby joins CFH Markets as Group CFO based at CFH's London office. Sandor qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and brings with him senior level industry experience, from amongst others, CMC Markets where he served as Global Head of Risk and Group Financial Controller, before being promoted to CFO/COO of CMC Markets North America.

As Group CFO, Sandor will be responsible for the finance, risk and operation functions at CFH Markets as well as advising the Group Board on strategic investments and finance.

Troels Madsen joins CFH Markets as CTO based at CFH's Copenhagen office. Troels spent over 10 years with Saxo Bank as System Architect/ CTO and was one of the key drivers behind growing the IT organization from 5 to over 300 IT specialists. During his time, Troels was responsible for designing, implementing and growing Saxo Bank's online multiproduct trading system for financial instruments from scratch, and which today can cater for over 10,000 concurrent users, and handles over 200,000 trades per day. Troels brings extensive experience and skills from the capital markets industry.

As CTO of CFH, Troels will be responsible for CFH's software development, IT infrastructure and outsourced IT joint ventures.
