This is the second major acquisition for KeyImpact in 2017, adding to a 14-year history of successful acquisitions and integration of 45 local market and regional, sales and marketing agencies.
For several decades, Nevada Food Brokerage has operated a successful foodservice brokerage firm providing services in the Southern Nevada & Southern Utah areas. The company has served local casinos and big gaming companies for years and has long-established relationships with local distributors.
Nevada Food Brokerage was founded in 1986, and in January of 1997, it was purchased by Dave & Susan Bull. Rob Bull joined the family business in 2005 and led the organization by building strong client & customer relationships and delivering on client strategies that resulted in high growth.
