KID CUDI Moves "Indicud" Album Release To April 16 Due To Overwhelming Demand From Fans

NEW YORK, April 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Grammy Award-winning artist, songwriter, producer, and actor KID CUDI has officially bumped up the release date of his anxiously awaited third full-length album, Indicud, one week to April 16. His countless fans couldn't wait, and he's giving them exactly what they want, unveiling this sonic trip early for them. As soon as the iTunes pre-order went live last week, it immediately shot up the charts to the Top 5 of the site's Overall Albums Chart, and it's currently at #4 on the Hip-Hop/Rap Albums Chart. Speaking directly to his audience, he personally broke the news today on his Twitter writing, "Ok so, INDICUD will be released April 16th now. Physical and digitally!! SPREAD THE WORD!!"

There's been a veritable flurry of anticipation building up to Indicud's release. Already, he's dropped three singles that have lit up the internet. When he unveiled "King Wizard", the track immediately trended worldwide on Twitter, and it's racked up more than 4.9 million YouTube/VEVO views to date, while "Just What I Am" is over 7.4 million views.  CUDI's latest single "Girls" ft. Too Short, is currently the #1 most added song at Rhythm stations across the U.S.

Recently, CUDI performed on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! debuting a brand new song, "Mad Solar" and performing "Immortal".
