TORONTO, Sept. 25, 2014 /CNW/ - Kilmer Van Nostrand Co. Limited ("KVN" or "Kilmer"), has acquired English Bay Batter Inc., a North American market leading bakery company producing premium gourmet cookies and frozen and refrigerated dough.
Founded by Jack Seguin three decades ago as a store front bakery in Vancouver, English Bay is now a well-established wholesale bakery business serving the in-store bakery, grocery, restaurant and food service channels across North America. "Over the course of the past 30 years, English Bay has created an outstanding portfolio of high quality bakery products ranging from cookies, to cookie dough, to crescent rolls and biscuits to pizza dough, pie crusts and muffins," said Anthony Sigel, of Kilmer.
