ST. PAUL, Minn., March 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning March 3, Kincaid's ( will unveil its new March Trio, an engaging new three-course menu which includes a personalized selection of starters, entrees and desserts for only $39.

Kincaid's knows fish and seafood. Guests can begin the evening by enjoying a smoked salmon bisque or Dungeness crab dip.  Guests may also enjoy an Iceberg lettuce wedge and teriyaki tidbits that round out the appetizer menu.

The second-course menu offers modern tastes on American classic presentations. Smoked chili prawns invoke the playful side of the Kincaid's seafood menu, but the crab cakes are serious eats.
