Kingsoft Office Software Secures $50M in Funding from Morningside Group, GGV Capital and Shunwei China Internet Fund, L.P.

PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Kingsoft Office Software, Inc., a market leader in mobile and desktop office solutions, today announced a $50 million capital investment from Morningside Capital (Morningside), GGV Capital (GGV) and Shunwei China Internet Fund, L.P. (Shunwei).  In addition, Morningside and GGV will join Kingsoft Office's Board of Directors, and will play an active role in developing Kingsoft Office's global strategy.
