Kristyn earned an MA in Economic Development from The University of Chicago and started her career as a CPA at Ernst & Young before going on to build a strong track record growing SaaS and software companies. As CFO of Law.com and RealLegal, Kristyn raised $70M in funding and oversaw three acquisitions. Kristyn later spent five years as CFO at Mantas, Inc. (now known as Oracle Financial Services Software) where she led the software applications and analytics company through a $120M strategic sale to Oracle.
Kristyn later became the CFO of Fishbowl, a software analytics company specializing in the restaurant industry. She helped transition what was originally a software and services business to a data analytics offering and was named one of five finalists for the Greater Washington Emerging Growth CFO of the Year award. Most recently, Kristyn served as CFO for Framebridge, an online consumer business disrupting the custom framing industry.
