CINCINNATI, June 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- KnowledgeFunding Ohio has announced that, as part of its continuing efforts to restructure its outstanding Series 2005 Bonds and Series 2006 Bonds, it is working towards making an offer to exchange for its outstanding Senior Series 2005 Bonds and Senior Series 2006 Bonds. KnowledgeFunding Ohio expects to be in a position to provide information to holders of the outstanding Senior Series 2005 Bonds and Senior Series 2006 Bonds regarding the terms of the expected offer to exchange within the next 30 days.
Any exchange will be on the terms and subject to the conditions specified in the communication provided by KnowledgeFunding Ohio at that time in connection with the offer to exchange. While KnowledgeFunding Ohio currently expects to proceed with the offer to exchange, it is possible that KnowledgeFunding Ohio will be unable to proceed or decide not to proceed with the offer to exchange.
