Kodiak Series Trail Camera Maker Signs Former Miss Kansas to Pro Staff
MANASQUAN, N.J., Oct. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Kodiak Series Trail Camera manufacturer Comanche Outfitters announced today that they have signed former Miss Kansas, and top-10 Miss America finalist, Theresa Vail to their pro staff. Along with using Kodiak Series Trail Cameras exclusively on her upcoming show, "Limitless With Theresa Vail", Vail will also be acting as a public spokesperson for the brand.
An avid bowhunter and sergeant in the Kansas National Guard, Vail rose to prominence after competing in the 2013 Miss America pageant, and became the first contestant to display tattoos in the process. This led to Vail getting her own show on the Outdoor Channel that will begin airing in July 2015. "Limitless with Theresa Vail" represents the first prime time hunting program to feature a solo female host. Vail intends to use the show as a platform for promoting increased participation in hunting and shooting sports among women, as well as encouraging viewers to challenge themselves both mentally and physically.
The Kodiak Series line of cameras represent the first trail cameras on the market to offer fully integrated Wi-Fi functionality, which allows users to download all of their photos directly to their smartphone from hundreds of feet away rather than having to physically pull and transfer SD cards. Vail cited this feature as one of the primary reasons she decided to partner with Comanche Outfitters to help promote the product.
