KOETTER Security Exclusive German Security Partner of NextAlarm AG

MUNICH, July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- NextAlarm offers alarm systems and associated services for home and small business. In 2010, the Company expanded to Germany. KOETTER Security, Germany's second largest security provider, with decades of security sector expertise, is the perfect partner for the German service activities. In the context of this cooperation with KOETTER, NextAlarm's service offering in the German market will be expanded with an important new feature: The monitoring and alarm system will be connected to the KOETTER emergency and service centers Germany-wide. KOETTER Security will take over alarm response management for the NextAlarm customers in Germany. Security alerts from all over Germany will be automatically processed via proprietary servers installed at KOETTER and redirected to the center operators for response.

NextAlarm customers can select from three service packages: Standard, Silver or Gold. The Standard package offers automatic signal processing and message alerts onto mobile devices as SMS text messages and emails. With the Silver package, the customer will have 24/7 access to a trained live operator in one of the KOETTER centers. In case of an alarm, the operator will get in touch with a contact person appointed in advance. If this person is unavailable, the fire department, police or emergency teams will be alerted, depending on the requirements of the situation. The Gold package includes, in addition to the automatic message alerts to mobile devices and support by a competent control center operator, an automatic guard dispatch in case of an alarm. The clear customer advantage: On-site reaction to alarm messages will be even faster with the highest possible degree of security.
