Holidays inspire new salades, soupes, pâtisseries and more

The bakery-café will offer a festive seasonal menu, collection of holiday pâtisseries, entertaining inspired catering options as well as a cake and gift card promotion.
At la Madeleine, the season's freshest ingredients can be found in mouthwatering dishes that are inspired by holiday flavors. Guests will find new and returning holiday recipes with the Turkey, Cranberry & Feta Salade making its holiday menu debut.
- French Lentil & Kale Soupe: A savory roasted vegetable stock soupe with lentils, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, kale, onions and celery with a unique blend of spices and herbs.
- Turkey, Cranberry & Feta Salade: Diced smoked turkey, cranberries, pecans, feta, grape tomatoes and field greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette.
- Turkey Cranberry Melt: Sliced, smoked turkey with cranberry sauce, stuffing, provolone melted on a Cranberry Orange Ciabatta roll.
- Holiday Café Sampler: The Holiday Café Sampler features the Turkey & Cranberry Friand with Gruyère cheese sauce and served with a cup of soupe and petite salade.
The bakery at la Madeleine will feature a collection of homemade holiday pâtisseries, including Chocolate Pot au Crème Parfaits, Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Tart, Christmas Tree Linzer Cookies, Poinsetta and Christmas Tree Iced Cookies, Gingerbread Crème Brûlée Mini Tarts and the traditional French Yule log cake, Bûche de Noël.
