(NYSE: LQ) announced the completion of an extensive renovation to the La Quinta Inn & Suites – Chicago Downtown located at One South Franklin in the heart of Chicago's financial and theatre district, nearby many of the city's top attractions. The 239-room hotel now has a completely new interior that ensures guests an enhanced level of comfort and service whether traveling for business or leisure. All guestrooms and common areas have been updated with a stylish, contemporary design that includes new furniture and linens, flooring, artwork, lighting and wall coverings. The hotel's lobby has been fully transformed with the addition of modern check-in counters, comfortable seating areas and communal gathering tables with charging stations where people can connect.
