La Quinta Completes $565 Million Secondary Offering

IRVING, Texas, April 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- La Quinta Holdings Inc. ("La Quinta" or the "Company") announced the completion of a secondary offering of 23,862,500 shares of La Quinta common stock by certain selling stockholders affiliated with The Blackstone Group L.P. at a price to the public of $23.71 per share, including 3,112,500 shares sold in connection with the full exercise of the option to purchase additional shares granted to the underwriters, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $565 million.

La Quinta did not offer any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering.

J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley served as representatives of the underwriters and joint book-running managers for the offering.
