Lack of Time Prevents Many Americans from Getting Fit

NAPLES, Fla., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The New Year means new resolutions and for many Americans those resolutions include efforts to get healthy, lose weight, and hit the gym. According to a study by The University of Scranton, almost half of all New Year's resolutions will be broken by the end of January. Why is it that we can't make the changes we hope to?

For many people looking to get healthy in 2010, it's not a lack of motivation that deters success - but a lack of time.
