The leadership transition represents an important milestone in the evolution of LAGOS from a founder-led company to a scalable, CEO-led enterprise with expanded executive accountability, stronger governance, and a deeper leadership structure designed to support long-term growth.

The transition also includes expanded responsibilities across the executive leadership team as LAGOS continues to develop leadership depth and enhance organizational effectiveness.
