Lans Holdings announces previous appointment of President and COO
MIAMI, Oct. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Lans Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: LAHO), (The Company) would like to make the shareholders aware of the appointments of Anthony Ribas as President and Rudy Romeiro as Chief Operations Officer as stated in the 8k filed on Aug 19th 2015.
Mr. Anthony Ribas, as President to lead the Company in business development, international strategy, and increasing the Lans Holdings partner network.
Mr. Rudy Romeiro, as Chief Operations Officer, to lead the Company in overseeing the support infrastructure to assist with client acquisitions.

Mr. Ribas has over 15 years of industry experience, specializing in the marketing and sales of payment processing products and services.
He has co-founded and served in C-level, Sales and Marketing, Business Development and consulting roles for several large Independent Sales Organizations "ISOs" and technology companies in the payment processing industry including, Signature Card, Payment World, Rise Pay, Open Payment Systems and assisted in the formation of new ISOs.
Mr. Ribas leveraged his experience in the sales of business data and wireless services to be a leader of the wireless payment industry, which has introduced emerging payment solutions to the market dating back to the late 90's. He enabled the first Motorola certified payment solutions to merchants on the Nextel wireless network.
Mr. Ribas served as Director of Business Development at Blue Bamboo USA, a division of Shera International, a leading manufacturer of Point of Sale (POS) wireless payment terminals. From 2009 to 2012, he was CEO and founder of Vault Acquiring Solutions, LLC in Agoura Hills, California, that was fully acquired by Hybrid Paytech World, Inc. Currently, Mr. Anthony Ribas serves as CEO and General Manager of Transaction Data USA, Inc in Miami Florida, which provides card issuing and acquiring platform solutions to Independent Sales Organizations.
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Rudy Romeiro as Chief Operations Officer.

Born in Brazil, Rudy has his bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from UFRJ (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro) with post-graduation in Business Administration by FVG (Fundacao Getulio Vargas) in Sao Paulo.
