Mrs. Small joins Anchor TotalHR from LeClairRyan where for the past nine years she has served as the firm's Lateral Growth Manager and was responsible for strategic partner, group and merger recruiting. Mrs. Small contributed directly to the addition of several hundred partners in new and existing markets as part of her role of overseeing the firm's strategic growth objectives.
