WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Berry Crops Initiative today announced the 4th Biennial Berry Health Benefits Symposium that will highlight international research that builds on the growing body of scientific knowledge that demonstrates the profound effect that berries have on human disease prevention.
More than 20 renowned scientists from around the world will present their most recent work and reveal the impact that berries have on age-related diseases. Topics to be showcased include cancer prevention, metabolism, gut and heart health, brain aging and compositional chemistry and biological effects.
