Eli Curi represents emerging growth technology companies and their investors at all stages of the growth cycle.

NEW YORK, May 10, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Latham & Watkins LLP¹ is pleased to announce that Eli Curi has joined the firm's New York office as a partner in the Emerging Companies Practice, and member of the Corporate Department. Curi represents emerging growth technology companies and their investors at all stages of a company's growth cycle, including venture financings, M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and public offerings. His varied client base spans such industries as fintech, insurtech, blockchain, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, digital media, adtech, music streaming, SaaS, cybersecurity, life sciences, medical devices, planet-saving technologies, and food technology sectors.

Curi brings particular experience counseling tech companies and their Boards on their most important strategic transactions, day-to-day business operations, technology transactions, shareholder relations, and corporate governance matters. He previously served as chief legal and business affairs officer at Operative Media, a venture-backed SaaS advertising technology company based in New York City.
